Mini Charcuterie

 

I made these adorable mini charcuteries for a recent women's luncheon.  Super simple and such a great presentation!  I used wooden coasters for the "charcuterie boards".  This idea would be ideal for entertaining outdoors as  the coasters can be used to set your drink on or to prevent summer bugs from sneaking a sip!

On my boards are green grapes, cubed cheese, Columbus Italian dried salami, blackberries and garnished with a flower.
